Writing & Rewriting

Most writing problems aren't about ideas — they're about sentences. A paragraph that says the right thing in the wrong shape. A draft that's technically correct and completely lifeless. The tools in this cluster exist for that gap: they take text you already have and return it in better shape.

What's here:

  • Paraphrasing and rewriting — same meaning, different sentences: the general paraphrasing tool for everyday text, and an academic version that keeps every citation byte-for-byte. The flagship here is that free paraphrasing tool and its citation-safe sibling.
  • Humanizing AI text — strip the robotic rhythm and stock phrases out of AI drafts so they read like a person wrote them, not a committee. That's the AI text humanizer.
  • Tone and tightening (coming next) — tone rewrites, whole-draft essay restructuring, and sentence shortening, free with no account.

Two things worth saying plainly. First, these tools are editors, not authors. They work best on text you wrote or own, where you can judge whether the rewrite still says what you meant. They're also good company if you write in English as a second language — the tools won't judge a misplaced preposition, they'll just fix it. Second, nothing you paste is stored. Your text goes to the model, the result comes back, and the input is discarded. There's no draft library here, because we never kept one.

Why three versions instead of one? Because rewriting is taste, not math. The first draft out of the model is rarely the one you keep — comparing options side by side is how good editors have always worked, and it is how these tools work too. Pick the version that sounds like you meant it, and move on.

No sign-up, and no word-count paywall that cuts you off after 200 words. Paste, fix, move on.
