Feedback

Subject: [Feedback] — what you like, what feels clunky, which tool you'd use twice a day if it were slightly different. We read all of it, and a surprising amount of the site's current shape came from these emails. Expect a reply within a week when one is warranted; sometimes a good idea just gets built instead of answered, and you'll see it on the site.

Bug reports

Subject: [Bug] — include the tool name, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and rough location (country is enough) help a lot when a tool works in one place and not another, and screenshots are gold. Bugs get priority: we usually respond within two business days, sooner if files or data are involved.

Tool suggestions

Subject: [Idea] — tell us the job you were trying to do, not just the tool name. "I needed to extract every URL from a 40-page PDF twice a week" is far more buildable than "add a URL extractor." If it fits one of the four clusters and would help more people than just you, it goes on the list.

Business

Subject: [Business] — advertising, partnerships, and everything that comes with a budget attached. We answer these within one to two business days. Two things we won't do, to save us both an email: no sponsored tool rankings, and no selling user data — as the Privacy Policy explains, we don't have any to sell.
